Terms of Service
Effective 12 September 2026
These terms govern use of the Boostme website and any marketing, creative, or consulting services agreed with Boostme. Contact us at support@boostme.com.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business inquiry purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful material, misuse its content, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Service agreements
Website content is general information and is not a binding offer. Any project begins only when Boostme and the client agree in writing on scope, deliverables, timing, fees, responsibilities, and other project-specific terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Honest marketing practices
Boostme focuses on authentic content, legitimate marketing, and sustainable audience development. We do not sell fake followers or artificial engagement. We do not promise specific follower counts, engagement, sales, or platform placement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access and approvals, and materials they have the right to use. Clients remain responsible for their products, claims, legal compliance, account security, and final approval of published content unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Platforms and third parties
Social platforms are independent third parties with their own rules, systems, and availability. Boostme is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other social platforms. We are not responsible for platform decisions, outages, algorithm changes, account restrictions, or third-party services outside our control.
Results
Marketing outcomes vary by account, market, competition, content quality, budget, timing, platform changes, and other factors. Past observations, forecasts, or recommendations are not guarantees. The client remains responsible for business decisions made using our work.
Fees, changes, and cancellation
Fees, payment timing, expenses, revision limits, cancellation rights, and any refund terms are set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require revised timing and additional fees, agreed before that extra work begins.
Intellectual property
Boostme retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, templates, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables will be stated in the applicable service agreement and may depend on full payment. Clients retain rights in materials they provide and grant Boostme permission to use them as needed to perform the work.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential information received in connection with a project and use it only for the agreed purpose, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. Project-specific confidentiality terms may be included in a service agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Boostme disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Liability terms for paid services will be set out in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending access
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or legal rights. Ending a project is governed by its service agreement, including payment and handover obligations that survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future website use. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes to an active client project require agreement as specified in its service agreement.
